old school mcdonalds apple pie

The baked mcdonalds apple pies just flatout suck!
Good luck finding cherry pies.

This a 100% clone of the old mcdonalds pie
recipe:

canned pie fulling(cherry, apple, ect)
pre made pie dough(the brand doesn't matter)
cut dough into what ever size you want, bite size or shaped like the old pies and full with filling.
fold over or how ever you can seal the dough with the filling inside.(use water as glue and pinch the ends closed)
Freeze them intill frozen(next day is good)
use enough oil to deep fry.
Take frozen pie and dip in cold water then into the deep frier.
(the water will cause dough to bubble and become flaky, like the old pies)
cook intill golden brown.
