Alright, so I don't have a scheduled drug test yet, but I have a feeling I will in about two weeks. What is the best way to go about detoxing my body? I'm about 5'10" 185 and I smoked probably 4 times last week. I've heard about GNC drinks and about Metamucil, but i'd be happy to spend the money on a drink or something if I knew it would work. Any tried and true methods? Thanks!

First of all don't smoke anymore. NONE stop.

The method I've found that works best for me is one that seems kinda strange.

I was poped with a drug test one afternoon at work but I had till the end of the day. In panic I went online and read diffrrent methods. No home it seemed I'd been smoking only a few hours before my shift that day to.

A friend of mine told me not to panic and then she took a 20 ounce water bottle with a box of Sure Gel and shook it up until it formed a jell slime. It was gross and hard to drink. And then she told me to drink another one.

After that I drank a glass of water and ate some french fries. Eating something greasy puts a yellow tint in your pee. You don't have to but otherwise it will be clear.

Give it about an hour after you eat something.

This method worked for me and could for you.

Ok, thanks. I might try that before my text but I'm also looking for ways to flush it out of my body before then. I don't plan on smoking till i pass by the way.
