Well I haven't smoked weed in a while, so I decided to last night. Then today I found out that I'm getting a surprise UA anytime this week. That made my heart drop. I'm about 5' 7" and about 140 pounds. Am I totally fucked? Is there anything that can increase my chances to piss negative? I'm freaking out!

if you were clean before, and just smoked once last night... you should be fine depending on when this week you have to pee.... drink plenty of water for the week, and definately before the test.
