As I sit here today, it's almost 8pm, and my loving wife isnt home yet. She'll be arriving late tonight...round 'bout 9 tonight she'll get off the train....

I got a bit toasty today, actually, I got alot toasty today.....

I had a wonderful job offer today, with lots of cash laid on the table.........

In business, I also had a wonderful day too, I sold my whole load of steaks n seafood today, in 90 minutes of work! I made a almost a weeks pay in those 90 minutes............

Today, I helped a friend get a new vehicle at a wholesale price from a customer of mine.....

Today my belly is full, and my body is warm.....

Tonight, I have my mazar, ready and waiting, some beer, and my favorite liquor is on the table waiting for me....along with a bottle of my wives fav liquor too......

I sit here at my PC, staring out over the mountain tops....

Awaiting for my lovely wife to come home......

And I think to myself.....

What a wonderful world!

Yes, it is a wonderful world. Last week I had my business account swindled for every cent I had, and then some. I actually went hungry for most of the week, choosing to use any and all available cash for gas to get me back and forth to work. My fiancee lives out of state as she is a government employee and gets moved around for 1 to 2 years at a time. All my financials are sorted out and I get to go see her tomorrow. Every amount of suffering can be resolved by a day or two of happiness.

It's kind of amazing we as a people can withstand hours of pain in exchange for a brief moment in pleasure.

You know, late at night, as my wife and I watch tv together, she may get up to get us a beer, (it's usually me that gets em) but as she walks by me, and she takes the time out to stop, and look into my eyes, as she touches my shoulder, it melts me.
