I know i'm not the eldest member of this forum but i'm on quite a bit. It seems like everytime I get on there are 4-5 new thread asking the same exact question. I wish people would use the search feature...... I was just thinking that so I thought i'd see what everybody else thought..

I do agree, I mean there are soo many threads with the same name, and same questions.... and a lot of them are from people who join just to ask that one question......

On any other site I go on the mods are more active... I have never seen any posts moved about or closed on this site since I joined, but aint that the whole point of haveing them powers ? to keep the site clean and to stop stupid questions or the same ones being asked over and over why not move it to another thread where that question has already been asked ?

I've seen a few threads closed but not many....

yeah from nobs that come on spam the site up then get baned, though I wasnt talking about them kinda posts.!!!

I think it is important to let people ask thier own questions. Sometimes, you just feel like you can make a conection with someone new by the way they ask thier question and the nick they use, or avatar, or whatever. Most of the time we ignore thier mutiposting. Remember what it was like when you didn't have any experience, and even though you felt like you had done your homework, it was still nice to have one of the experienced growers agree with your opinion.
You had been advised not to let anyone know you were going to grow. You really wanted to correspond with someone, not just read the answer to someone else's question. Made you feel someone cared about your problem. VV

agreed. Besides, I think almost any question that could be asked has already been asked and answered at great length. The whole forum would come to a grinding halt. All in all this is a great community and nobody should feel compelled to answer the repeat questions and then feel put out about it. Someone will answer, maybe someone with less experience, but it does help in building the community.

^^^^^For sure VV , I didn't mean it that way I was talking more about things like I have my plants under 1 regular light bulb will this work...You know things that if they searched threads or FAQ at all they would know... I agree I love talking to you guys Noobs or Pros if I didn't then I would just look any info I needed up on the net and say fuck every1....But it is definately nice to be able to talk...
