Lol so I have been looking around in a bunch of different places and how is it that pot can be legal in Canada yet so many people don't know?????? Seriously how blind and stoned do you have to be not to see it?

OK listen I am getting sick of people who are still fighting for something we technically already have PEOPLE HERBS ARE 100% LEGAL IN CANADA ALREADY

please take a min to learn your facts and stop wasting your time and energy fighting for it to become legal and start educating people on how it already is legal.

Check into this further there have been many cases where smokers have won now if you don't believe me read the site written by a law professor at U of T (the T is Toronto for all you slow people)

I have reviewed his work and it is sound I have referenced all his stated facts in print (the court cases / news paper articles he talks about. so seriously don't you think since we have already won its time to stop fighting and begin teaching people how the law already works?

but pot is NOT legal in canada, it is "virtually" legal, as in you probably wont get arrested for smoking it, but the average person can not gointo a store and purchase cannabis, there are only 3 medical marijuana clinics in the provence of Montreal that I know of, thats only 3 legal places to buy it in 1/5 of Canada basically, and you cant get it unless you have a medical reason, it is true almost everyone has a medical reason and can get it, but thats besides the point.
but yes, canada has way better pot laws than America, seeds can be bought freely in some headshops, and the few seedbanks they have.
just because you can beet something in court does not make it legal, nothing can make this any more clear than the existance of income tax.
