we evolved, people think there is a being that created us because they want to think we are more important than we are in reality

there is clear evidence of our species evolving over millions of years. It is ignorant to believe you were created by god.

sorry to break it to you but there is no God. He was made up to explain the unexplained, natural phenomena like flooding and earth quakes and such. People like to think there is a higher power and that life is beyond our control but that's simply not the case.
