I stopped smoking, but I vaporize and I do cough quite a bit from that, sometimes its like I'm gonna cough up a lung, but its really because vaporizing tickles my throat, not that it hurts my lungs.

If you cough, you're not doing it right.

Growtech is correct. There is no need to hold it in. Many of you smoke cigs....do you hold it in? If you did you would also get the very same buzz aftereffect ... oxygen deprivation. Heck, just keep a paper bag and hyperventilate next time... uh huh...

one time i wastaking a big hit off my 3ft sour and there was a seed. when i tried toclear it i coughed so hard for so long i could feel my throat swelling up it was hard to breath i was wheezing and puking. worst experience ever, i almost called the ambulance on my self. lesson learned no matter how shitty your day is take the time to grind your schwag and lose the seeds
