Try my technique and you wont have to worry about coughing or oxygen deprivation like growtech says.

Take a hit hold it for two second, blow 1/4 of it out, take a deep breath, hold for 2 seconds, blow a 1/4 out, take a deep breath, repeat until you are out of smoke.

You'll get the hang of it.

your advice was very ignorant and bad because your lungs absorb thc quite efficiently, and after a few seconds everything that is going to be absorbed is absorbed. the longer you wait the more ash particles will be resting on the walls of your lungs.

I found that if you normally smoke blunts and then go take some bong rips it will make you cough(or close to)

I have found the same thing the other way around to.....if you normally hit the bong, when you smoke a blunt it seems more harsh than the bong rips


So its really what ever you are used too

LOL,he sure doesn't.Well,i tried both ways,when i hold it 4,5 secs i feel the difference,way better for me,just my opinion.

i quit smoking cigarettes last oct, that was a big, big help with the coughing.
also when loading a bowl, i put the amount i can burn in one hit without smoke
coming out of my eye sockets.

i almost cough every time i smoke, but there are somedays when i dont.i also usually hold the smoke in like really, really long.
