Well about 8 months ago I punched 3 giant holes in the wall, and my pinky swelled up... the knuckle. Every since then I have hit random things when I get mad and my pinky always swelled up. the last 3 weeks have been the worst. 10 new punch holes in the wall, and a very hurt hand... hurt to twist my hand, my pinky bent sideways, the side of my hand hurt horribly, and it was so swollen there were strech marks in the skin, that started to even bleed. Finally today a week since the last punch I went to a doc. I got a boxers fracture, the doctore knew it as soon as she saw the giant lump right behind my pinkys knucke... theres now a cast on the side of my hand, and my whole hands wrapped up... for 4+ weeks.

pretty much sucks, hard to hold a pipe with my hand wrapped up too ... no more blizzie rolling for awhile.

anyone else do somethn stupid like this?

i used to punch shit all the time, then a friend gave me a punching bag lol

not to be an ass... well actually, i don't care, but what did the wall do to you? smkpt is on to something, maybe you should get a punching bag, or better weed. it sucks losing a fight you started, especially when your opponent is an inanimate object.

yeah i used to punch shit all the time cause i probably have anger management but i started going to the gym and lifting weights and punching a punching bag, and i increased my muscles, wasnt easily as angered. and i got in less fights.

yeah i probably should get a punching bag... i did start hitting my matress... just punch it as hard as I can repeatedly for like 5 minutes... I do it even when im baked... I have a huge anger problem and break all my shit lol.

i got pissed when I fell backwards in my closet and destroyed my grow box and the tiny sprouts... i do the stupidest things.

when the smallest thing happens I overthink it as something worse and then I get a thought like hit the wall and I just do it that instant.

a few days ago I got pissed late at night and to not make noise I clocked myself good in the head about 6 times I still got a big lump.

hahaha dude i had kinda the same problem, not the stupid shit, but i had anger problems at clubs and bars or partys i would always get in fights. then like i said before i started going to the gym and lifting weights and hitting a punching bag. i started gaining muscle and releasing energy and anger out on the bag. i was less angry and i was stronger. it helped. i still got in fights but i was way stronger so i won alot of them
