what shes saying is that the phrase "whats up" is overdone...and all the other basic ways of starting a convo is "overdone shit" so shes saying "whats up?, and all that other overdone shit..." and that she could have thought of something more clever than "whats up" but shes feeling lazy. you respond to it by telling her whats up! lol
