smoke is just tar, but frost dose alot more damage with a little ammount if you've ever known someone with water lungs you'd know how much it sucks, ive used ice bongs and i always find them colder, but i cant be active after, i lose my breath too fast.

Na, I see where you're come from mate, it would be pretty cool to be able to have the frozen substance contained to avoid the frost thing... I've never had frost in my lungs that I know of, but if it can do as much damage as you say, maybe I should stop putting ice in my drinks... I'm sure I inhale some frosty air before I drink it.
