Cali,no doubt about it,some dude got caught with 24 ladys 15 minutes away from my house about 2 weeks ago.The cops told him to have a nice day and just left.

Q. For what medical conditions can medicinal marijuana be legally recommended in California?
According to Prop 215 Compassionate Use Act of 1996 Health and Safety Code Section 11362.5:
“…Physicians may legally recommend to qualifying patients, medicinal ‘. . . marijuana in the treatment of cancer, anorexia, AIDS, chronic pain, spasticity, glaucoma, arthritis, migraine, or any other serious illness for which marijuana provides relief . . .’”
no doctor can prove you dont have pain... no doctor can say you dont have migraines... chornic pain and migraines... go tegular doctor..complain about above.. he perscribes you legal crap.. take that to pot doctor.. done....

because he was legal! any cop will throw you in jail in cali for cultivating as it is a felony. dont spread stupidity |

He was legal,but he was way over the limit,witch in is county is 6 mature plants and 6 clones.He has 24 or more.So don't get all excited when you don't even know the facts of the story.

what county?... law in most county's is 6 mature... 12 imature and 8 oz dried.
24 would still be out of the limit... wonder what he did to let him go... probably snitched on someone
