How do i set up a proxy to block internet commercials? I heard someone say something about this, plus i would just like a proxy .

Care to share how you did it?
Also, how are your speeds after this? I've always found my speeds get killed badly after using proxies or proxy programs

Select your OS , and follow 3.0.19 (stable)>>>>privoxy_setup_3.0.19.exe

Access your proxy settings
For Google chrome select
wrench in the upper right corner >> Settings >> Under The Hood >> Change Proxy Settings >> Connections "Tab" >> LAN Settings
Check :"use proxy"
Check :"Bypass proxy server"
Now enter
address :127.0.0.1
port : 8118
Select ok
close out of your browser to initiate settings and your done.
It also removes commercials from online videos
