weed problems

Hi yall, ive been growing this plane for about 9.5 weeks and I don't see any signs of flowering. I am on a 12/12 light schedule right now. Any answers? thanks yall.

It’s only on one side of that one bud, I can’t tell a difference from the smell, however I haven’t smelt mold before.
