sulfer

I know you cant spray Sulfur in close time proximity to any oil based sprays. Im prety sure monterey is not oil based but also not sure if sulfur can react negativly in anyway to it as I've seen some prety tragic outcomes of people spraying Sulfur before or after spraying other products on...

I have an obvious nutrient deficiency but i cant figure it out, i believe it is sulfur or potassium but i would love any opinions or feed back on what you think it is and what i should do about it!!
