help scrog flowering

OK I am on my third day of 12/12 how long can keep bending the branches under the net I want an even scrog with as many sites as possible but what decent buds. I started flower half way when net was almost full. I use 150w HP's 6 different cfl 3 fans Exhale co2 1 plant 7 g smart pot Strain uknown
