fourth week

This plant is about 3 or 4 weeks old, Outdoor grow and I think it looks good (but this is my first time growing so how would I know).. Ps. I know the soil looks so wet (the plant got rained on), so I am trying to dry it out I grow flowers, basil, tomato, fruit trees: papaya, passion fruit...
