So... I ordered 4x cxb3070s and a meanwell 185 1400, wired em' all up, and stuck them to individual active cpu heatsinks... I fired it up, and 3 of the bulbs were fine, but one started smoking and some of the chips burnt out... I've ordered a couple more, and am wondering if I'm on the right...
