dwc normal? help

Starting a dwc non Recirculating. I have two plants and ones been pretty stunted and the other now has a spot of gold coloring on the leaf. The pictures below show it better then explaining it. Thanks

Added some root organics budda grow and within 10 minuets pow!!! Bubbles appear is this normal??? Bc i heard that tooooo many will kill it and my roots were white yester dat and now a little off white?
