cob led driver hlg-320h-c2100b

Hi everybody, new guy here. I have a slight problem with my light setup. I Have HLG-320H-C2100B connected with 4 cob led serial without potentiometer - I am getting no light whatsoever, I thought my driver was defect and bought new 1 but still nothing. Checked wires and they are sitting tight...
