bumps on stem

Okay so I am having stem and leaf problems in my veg and flower. I think I know what I did wrong because I transplanted roughly 80 clones into ocean forest and watered them in with 400 ppm HandG aqua flakes a,b. these look like shit. But I don't know what to do to fix it, or what not to do as...
