bud backbuilding

So I have grown for a long while now. Obviously I want to get the biggest buds possible. I recently stumbled across some info about Bud Swelling and Bud Backing. Has anyone tried this? I guess in week 4 you kinda of trim the buds in essence topping them so they swell larger and weigh more. Now...
