Zinc deficiency, how do I fix--pics

I have 3 weeks into grow with the following set up:

Grow room is only 2'X5'X8' tall
Auto-Pot grow system (wicking system)
Coco Noir (coconut husks) medium
Ionic "growth" formula nutes (bloom for flowering time)
Fan for building up stalk strength
Fish tank air pump to bring in fresh air
Veg stage is 24/24 lighting
Sunblaze fixture w/4 T5 24" bulbs
Ph level set to 5.5 (approx)
Nutrient mix in Ionic "Grow" is 3-1-5

As you can see, there seems to be a Zinc deficiency ( at least that's what I gleaned from the FAQ's). You will also see what happened a couple days ago (first pic) with the plant too close to the lights and burned a little. But the main problem is the yellowing and stunted growth. If this is a zinc deficiency, how can I add zinc and how much? The second plant doesn't look as bad, but is slower growing. I've never had this problem before to this degree. My first grow got a little yellow, but cleared up. Nothing has changed in the set up except that the humidity is lower (35%) because of cold weather. I have no way to add moisture at this point. HELP! please.

Just a bump to put post back in sight for any new readers. I need help before my "store bought" seedlings crap out, or worse...die. Help PLEASE.

When in doubt, Flush it out! Do a 2 day flush then go back to 1/3 strenght nutes. You should be fine. After all, it is a weed and grows under harsh conditions.

Thanks, and I agree about the "weed" thing, they grow like, well, weeds. Just TRY to kill 'em. Tough little buggers.

However, I did flush first and then adjusted the nutes again. But it may be I haven't given them enough time to regroup. I flushed Saturday morning and after just water flushing, I mixed the nutes and re-flushed with that new mixture. I guess I'll give it a little more time. Thanks so much for your invaluable input, netpirate.:-P:weed::bigjoint:
