Just baking up a batch of oatmeal cookies for the wife... these cookies are to die for!

Gluten free oatmeal cookies - Martha Stewart recipe to be honest. I swap out the butter for goats butter and add some chocolate chips, cranberries, slivered almonds, and pumpkin seeds.

48 cookies have 48g of my canna coconut oil (~8g bubble hash)

Green sprinkles are an easy way of identifying dosed treats in my house - I don't want any accidental dosing.

wish you all could enjoy one!

Decided to make some savoury shortbread tonight.

My wife has lactose sensitivities so I have to edit most recipes I come across. I decided this recipe looked good: http://www.savorysimple.net/parmesan-rosemary-and-thyme-shortbread/

I swapped out the regular butter with goats butter and the Parmesan with Romano Lupa (sheeps milk). Im sure the resulting concoction will be different but hopefully delicious none the less.

I dosed these at 1/4 that of the cookies the other night. I expect my wife will eat 2-4 of these at a sitting.

Butter and 7.5g canna coconut oil blended:

Cheese, flour, spices, and herbs (bonus points for those grown in your herb garden!)

This will take a while to blend together - I added a little water to help it come into a dough.

After its combined roll it into a log and toss it into the freezer while it hardens:

After 10-20 mins in the freezer it will be firm and you'll be able to slice it into cookies/crackers:

Now bake at 350...
