and with what are they being tossed in the drunk tanks for again?

Yukoners won’t be able to legally order cannabis from other jurisdictions.

The legislation sets out that the only authority for distribution of cannabis in the territory will be the corporation.

“Which means that others can’t distribute into the territory without it being done through the corporation,” Lucier said.

Who is going to stop anyone from ordering cannabis from a different province? There are plenty of MOM websites and LP websites already mailing cannabis all over Canada. Canada Post isn't going to start screening the mail for cannabis once it's legal.​

Not to mention is it perfectly legal for someone to share cannabis with friends and family. I can send cousin jimmy an oz for a birthday present....
