As winter fades and spring returns so do the spider mites
What trick do you have for ambushing them besides lady bugs and neem oil ?
Thanks
Tom

Read some good things about SM-90.

Organic pesticide is garlic. But if you choose to use it, be careful to get a good recipe. Too much garlic juice is not a good thing.

Looks like it goes on the leave or in the tank, wonder if it affects the taste of the smoke later?

Thanks Tom

What better than Lady Bugs? I dig the lil bitches, running around munching. And how cool is it to always have someone in your garden to talk to.

lady bugs dont do it.. the mites spend their time under the leaves, and the ladybugs fall off when they get inverted.. been there tried that..

lady bugs have always worked brilliantly well for me... I've seen ladybugs under the leaves, on the stem, between the buds, etc...

Another way to kill spider mite eggs:

Harvest, dry, and smoke them with your bud :spew:

I had success using multiple approaches... just incase any of the little bastards have some tolerance for one particular thing. I used pyrethrum (bug buster-o), then a few days later neem, then a few days later safer soap, then a few days later another pyrethrum, and a few days later one more neem. And, in between some of those treatments I also did a couple of sprays of iso alcohol/water mix. Worked great for me
