Yooper Style Organic Grow #1

This is my first organically grown garden. Have about ten gardens grown to various degrees of success. This grow I will be using Sierra Natural Science Nutrients and other organic products. Sunshine Mix #4 is the growing medium. Grow lights are all LED`s. One Timber 200 watt kit that I built and 1 1/2 Advanced Diamond Series 300`s (DS 300`s). Grown from seeds and watered from the bottom only. Plants are 9 weeks old in the pictures which were taken on Saturday, 11/26/2016. For your enjoyment, cause I gotta do all of the work.

hey yooper were you located? im in upper mi. not many growers round here...

never had any luck in soil,,,ive run every type of hydro with great success

Really cool setup! I will keep an eye out to see this progress.

I have been using Ocean forest with pure blend pro. And getting excellent flavors and potency with the mostly organic mix.

What's up fellow Michigander! Im down in the capital, good looking plants you got growing up there! They look a little young to be drinking alcoholic root beer tho! Shame on you sir! Lol

All strains are MotaRebel Genetics.
Strawberry Queen X 3
Apollo 13 X 4
Candy Princess X 3
Cannatonnic #4 X Herijuana X 3
Deathstar / C 99 X Herijuana x 3l
16 total plants. I`m allowed 12 and my wife`s allowed 12. So, we are within our Michigan Medical Marijuana cardholder`s limit. Once the males are weeded out we`ll be well under our limit.

Shiiit I had an old friend that lived up there for a bit, I wonder if you two ever would've crossed paths I know it's not that crowded up there.

Been using Sunshine Mix # 4 for about 4 years now. Different nutrients though. So far, am real happy with the Sierra Natural Science nutes.

My daughter in law left that. I tried it and thought that it tasted like shit. Haven`t drank in close to 30 years.

Yeah I hate it. I love root beer and the alcohol aftertaste ruins it for me. I'd rather drink a&w.

im between lake gogebic and lake superior,, population 278,,, mostly elderly..so i have a waiting list to be care giver.. i miss the days wen i grew for money, now i have an emotional bond with patients its hard wen u lose someone youve been treating for years..patients become dear friends,,its just easier dealing with healthy people you know. its also funny how in a small town like this how people frown upon the care giver but smile at the patients.. double sided sword,,cant win if you do,,cant win if u dont

@TheChemist77, Always great to hear from another yooper. And I thought that I lived by a small town. We even have a hydro store, so we gotta be "big time".

nearest hydro store to me is in iron wood about 80 miles..nearest dispencery in marrquette, 150 miles away,,,so theres a real shortage of care givers for people in the area.. hard for sick people to drive 2-3 hours just to get meds.. last year i was givven permission to have 9 patients, this year im at the max of 7.. have you heard of the fire shit? i had provided the dispencery w/ clones a few years ago my owne creation now a stable line.. i took a fire og bx3 by bcbd(male) and pollenated a mr.nice shit female,, it turned out so well i back crossed to stabilize it.. i was told it was flying off the shelves in marquette in 2014-2015.. i have been asked repeatedly to provide more clones but i declined,,, i feel like if breeders can make tons of cash making unstable shit,,and i barely break even.. its alot of work not worth the stress...
