Great yield outdoor, 1/2 to 1 pound of dry weed per plant. Indoor 15 to 30 grams per plant of dry weed.

Wet bud weighs 75% more than dry weed. So when you harvest 4 oz of wet bud after drying it will weigh only 1 oz. when fully dry.

I got a little over a half pound dried off of one 3 foot plant indoors using a 400w hps. I guarantee you that it is possible to get 3.5 lbs outdoors.

my trees were 6' and averaged 1/2 pound. 3.5 lbs is a rare thing.
Everybody really need to Know the ansewer to this question. Discribe your set up. How big the light, how many plants under 1 light, How long do you veg, dirt or hydro, clone or seed ect

Unfortunately, it did go to hell. Everyone, for the last how many years has this thread been up, has responded to the "what is an oz". LMAO! But we need people to stick to the subject... What are peoples' respective yields.

I concur with cbw059, something with uniformity. I think the following information should be given with yields per plant (not per grow collectively, but PER PLANT): soil/no soil, light wattage used, type of lights (CFL, MH, HPS, etc), method (standard, SOG, SCROG), nutrient mix used for veg and flowering stages (1-2-1, 2-1-1, whatever set of numbers you used), clone/seed, time for veg and finally time for flowering. If anyone else has a defined piece of information that should be a part of this, it would be nice to make yields sticky with instructions. :-)

Here is a good sticky: anybody that had any experience growing NEVER asks "how much will this yield". There are just waaaaay to many variables.

if you grow a plant in the ground in perfect sunlight and can let it grow for 6 months plus you can definitley yield 3.5 lbs. I have 3 in the ground and they only get about 6 hours of direct sunlight and have been in the ground since march. my superskunk has 38 top buds probabbly gonna yield about a half lb if not more. My hawiian snow is also in the ground with 26 top colas. And last but not least the pure gold is doing awseome but a little behind with 22 top buds. I lollipopped all 3 plants.
Damn! 86 tops on 3 lolli-popped plants!! Best I can do when I lolli-pop is 1 top per plant!

You just now figured out that only the noobs ask the yield questions, lol.

Just tell them a pound and they will go away. Thats my answer for every question posted about yields from here on out....."A Pound" By the time they get done growing, if they get a pound well whoopi for them, if they get a couple grams, well then maybe they'll fucking do a search before they go asking questions that get asked 5 times a day.
