Yield approximation in theoretical situation

What would be a reasonable, perhaps conservative estimate or range for a yield in the following theoretical scenario.

500 true watts -sources- T5 HO high par bulbs and CFL mixed. Six (average to moderately heavy yielding) hybrid ladies that sat in 1/2 gal on 24/0 for 3 months ...Pruned to maintain small stature (foot tall for sake of argument); so still small but mature, slightly root bound, and with woody main stem. Transplanted into 4gal maxi pots with supersoil. Veggies for an additional 3 weeks, then flipped.

Assuming no problems occurr and all conditions are favorable throughout.

There are so many factors involved.

What would be reasonable is to achieve anywhere between .25 and .5 g per watt of lighting you're using, although probably closer to the lower end of the spectrum.

If I had 500w of CFL, I would want at least 150g dry. That said, I wouldn't have 500w of CFL in the first place. Anything over 300w and I would probably take the plunge and get MH/HPS.
