Yet another Alaskan pest issue.

This has been a major concern of mine for awhile, since the plants have been put outside they have been constantly riddled with this bug problem. Havent really done much research but I have sprayed soapy water on them (i heard it helps with bugs) to no avail. Please, observe, and tell me what is doing this, and how can I stop it. Pretty much its just holes like all over the large fan leaves. Not so much on the top of the plant, more towards the bottom and many bottom fan leaves have died due to this misfortune. I am baked. So please, help a bruddah. Peace

Now the picture I showed is a higher fan leaf with only 2 of these holes, there are much much worse leaves just i picked this one. dont ask.

neem oil soak your plant under side and top use a spray bottle in the mist setting .
it will leave a film over it ,bug hate it do it again 3 to 4 days

slugs ? use snail poison.
