Clean pH'd water next few waterings then lower your nutrient solution strength that you've been feeding.

id do what @Johnei but id add 1/4 tsp Epsom salt and 3mls calmag to the flush water

and maybe spray with 1/4 tsp Epsom per gallon salt 1x

been misting with epsom/water last 2-3 days and watered soil with epsom last watering.......

I think that is light burn

do you have calmag?

you could water calmag only a few times also

I also agree you've maybe slightly over fertilized... excessive K could be locking out you calcium/magnesium uptake
so id continue with some low dose calmag for a bit until theyre looking hungry (lower fan leaf yellowing)

don't go adding a bunch of anything or over compensating, it takes a few days to see response and you want it to be mild

If we are just guessing here, it looks like Magnesium deficiency, most likely caused by excessive Potassium. I don't see any sign of Calcium lockout at this time but definitely missing some Magnesium in that upper growth.
