Yellowing of leaves need answers please

So I'm thinking its nitrogen deficiency
I've been feeding it flora nova/ one-part and also gave it some bat guano but the leaves are still turning. Any advice ?

need a little more info, what soil are you using, lighting etc. You said bat guano, did you mix it in the soil or just put it on top?

p.s how old is the plant

Lots of questions on this one. What's that clump of dirt(?) On the base of the plant. It looks like it's been transplanted but half as deep.

yeah noticed that too, i thought it was the bat guano for a second jut put up around the stem

The clump is a rapid rooter, soil is fox farms light warrior. Lighting is cfl. For one plant the guano was feed though water and the another plant it was mixed in the soil.
Plant is about 5 or 6 weeks old
I barley started feeding nutrients about the fourth week 2.5 ml two times a week then plain ph water between 6.0/6.5
