Yellowing and droopy, dry crusy leaves still!! help!

My first grow and about 14 days into flowering. I water when soil is dry about 2 inches deep, i feed with 15-30-15 every other watering and it's minimal food amount, I use water from the sink, 100watt cfl lighting on bottom & 48inch fluorescent lighting with full spectrum bulb (5K) and soft white bulb (3K). And light cycle is 12/12 with a timer and i have a run running on it as well with temps at 70-80 degrees. Any ideas why the leaves are still droopy and getting yellow spots? I made sure I wasn't over watering and over feeding because i slowed down on both for a week and saw no change. The older ones became dry and crusty brown and the new leaves are yellow spotted. Please Help!

and slowing down for a week wont change it takes a whole week to get over the stress u put on it so just be more patient with it

Okay cool. I'll put even less in the bottle then and see how it goes. I didn't feed it today so it only got clean water.

I've been somewhat flushing it. Not completely, but on watering days I makes sure plenty of water comes out of the bottom. I fed them today and barely put any nuts in the water so hopefully it does okay. The new leaves haven't been showing any signs of malnutrition like the old leaves so it's looking better.
