To SEE what they are, no one will be able to tell you until you post a photo.

Or you could try using the search for the diagnose problems thread and do your own leg work.

Use RO water, looks like spotting from chlorine. Seedlings shouldn't spot like that, be careful of your soils pH and nute level. Hopefully your watering it after the soil is all dry and then soaking it and letting it dry and not adding nutes yet right? Just my thoughts until it is an older plant, you will be able to tell more when it is older.

I looked today and the other leaf has a spot on it idk what RO water is but I use distilled water and foxfarm ocean forest soil and I added some lime to it so I don't think it's the ph

Certainly some entertaining posts today..:)

now.. you've added lime.. I'm not a soil grower, I know someone who is.. but I'll venture to guess a few things. let me know if I'm on the right track.

You don't know the ph, but you assume it's ok... because you added lime. You likely don't have a testor, cause you don't think you need one.
You are using nutes in your water? likely 1/4 strength at this point. You water when it's dry.. and sometimes that water may have a drop land on the leaf.

If I'm correct on that, let me know.. I may have an idea to check on for you.

The ph is at 6.5 I don't use nutes yet they are too young but water may have gotten on the leafs like I said I have 7 plants all w the same mixture of soil and only 1 has this problem

Then ok.. that's not what I was thinking. don't know then man.. sorry.

Miners in the olden days when they would go down the mine shaft would carry a canary in a cage with them as them went. A canary will sing a lovely song surely as the miners work.. but when the canary stops singing.. the miners all run out of the shaft. Know why? The canary has died from carbon monoxide poisoning!
and none of the miners want to die next.

The moral of my story is this : just because you only see it on one small plant, it may mean it's the beginning of a BIG problem.. but it starts out as one plant.. with one spot.

Again, not a soil grower and there are alot of differences between that and hydro. so it could be related to the soil you're using, something off.. not sure.. I wish I could be of some help. Good luck.
