Yellow Spots On Young Plant

I'm not long into my first grow, and there are small white-yellow spots forming on one plant's older leaves (second set of true leaves which by now are pretty big), while on another one, on the same set of leaves nearer the bottom of the plant, golden yellow patches are forming with a bit of a 'metallic' sheen to them, these started out as yellow spots along the veins.

Loam Soil grow from seed of Greenhouseseeds 'Big Bang'.

4 weeks into grow.

5 sets of leaves.

'Bout 21cm high.

Under fluorosecents for 1st 4 weeks.

Watered when needed, every 3 days or so.

Feed with general purpose Miracle Gro at 1/4 strength (cos hadn't got my hands on decent nutes yet) after 3wks just water.

Re-potted and put under 250W HPS 24/7 for a few days now.

Temp 25 C.
Fanned constantly.

Thought it might be magnesium deficiency so given 1/4 strength Formulex in last watering two days ago and sprayed leaves with a little of the solution.

Magnesium or calcium Deficiency... or nute burn?

Anybody out there help?
