Yellow spots on seedlings

My new seedlings that are about 2 weeks in, were transferred from Fluorescent (around 80degrees) to a HPS 600W. I stupidly put little clear domes on them (which restricted air flow) but thought it would keep humidity up during the first few weeks of growth and help them withstand the higher heat (100degrees) and have a better transition (obviously I was wrong!).

Anyways, about 75% of them have yellow spots on their leaves, and one plant is almost all yellow. I thought it might be nute burn because of the transplanting to new potting mix (these will be mothers). However, my other new seedlings are growing awesome and no problems in the mix and PH is around 7.

So my guess is the extreme change in temperature has caused it, I've now put them under the Fluorescent again until they are much stronger to withstand the HPS 600w lights. Hopefully I haven't killed em.

Should I be doing anything differently or am I missing something?

The ones without the spots are using the same mix but just didn't go under the HPS 600.

Cheers! These lil fuckers are causing some sleepless nights =)
