Yellow leaves

My little weed plant has developed some yellow leaves with dark spots on them. I was out of towe for a few days. So before I left I water it a little more then I normally would. So I thought it was from over watering, so I let it dry out for a few days. The bottom leaves had began to droop and tirn yellow. So Tonight I went to water because it was pretty dry and the leaves are not dropping anymore, but they are still pretty yellow. I am only using straight water at the moment no nutes. Cause it be a nutrition deficiency?

Pretty sure it was just over watered. Those yellow leaves wont get green again and its not out of the norm for them to fall off. Your new vegetation looks pretty good. I wouldnt sweat it.

If you leave it in that small pot for too long, roots will get choked out + cause the deficiency to get worse.

Transplant to 2 gal with good soil and don't water too often, once every 3-5 days during veg is fine for me.

over watering or may be something with nutrients. But i think its because of the water. If it does not get better then update us.

It's has got alot of space in that pot. Leave it there until you see roots on the bottom and don't replant it. It could kill it. I killed my plant like that :D

over 20 years of growing mj I've never killed a mj plant by transplanting it.
If you can't transplant without killing, then you shouldn't even be growing.

There are some root starting to show on the bottom. I have seen plants quite a bit bigger in pits that big so I thought I can wait a little longer?
