Yellow Leafe Spots/tips

Hi everyone. I am very new to growing MJ growing and have acquired some plants that were in week 5 of flowering and have adjusted very well to my flood and drain table with a basic GH nute schedule. They are under LED's so heat is definitely not the issue.

-Several contributing factors is making it hard for me to figure the problems so here i am.
-Lights are on 12/12
-GH nute schedule for week 9
-temps have been around 25-28 and starting to cool off later in the night. I have been looking at adding a possible heat source so no major drop in temps
-I tried to add a co2 generator only to discover that it leaked out 3/4 of a propane tank into the room due to a faulty solenoid or whatever. Yes that was a close one. BUT can that be the major cause of this leaf yellowing. It was really bad in there and the plants would of been in a sealed room for almost a full day full of propane gas. It was bad and as i said i was lucky to air it out in time before something blew up. I have not taken any PH measuremnt to verify where it is at as i just discovered this morn and I am at work. But from what i am reading it could be nute burn or fungus or temps or mold or bugs. So i only know that the temp has dropped somewhat at night and there was a lot of gas that went into the room and it was not all co2.

Please any suggestions would be appreciated. I will drain my rez and start fresh, which is a pain in the ass but i will do anyways. My friend that i got from grows in very unkept areas and does not monitor and ph or temps and has huge success. I put into a very clean and semi automated enviro and this happens. Can it be from the propane gas that leaked out. As i feel it was at least 3/4 of a tank. It was not nice being in but got it all out.

No I have not bombed at all. They were looking beautiful and healthy and green. And it was hard on my eyes from the propane. But I was too busy airing out properly so not to blow the place up. Friggin co2 generator. ;-).
Yes the room is 14x8x8 approx. I feel it was the the propane as it was in the room also during lights out which also means no fresh air coming in. Just the fans wishing in loving air around.

Should I be doing anything other than possibly changing the air up a bit. That of course has been done several times already. Do I need to start removing those leaves. That would be a lot a could stress things out I assume also.
So let nature take its course? I am also reading up on cal mag issues so I know about that as well.

Thanks again as any input is appreciated by all.
