Yellow leaf spotting - N toxicity?

Hi new here. Im growing some acdc clones outdoors in Oregon and yellow spots have appeared on the basal leaves. At first it was only on one plant, now starting on the second plant. They are in MG Moisture Control soil which I know has time release nutes, so I'm wondering if it's N toxicity?. I water sparingly and the plants get 6-8 hours morning sun each day.
They have been in the MG soil for about a week now.

Any help is much appreciated!!acdc2.JPG acdc1.JPG

Thanks, it seems to be speading a bit but whats weird is that i have a 5" tall clone of enemy of the state with all same soil etc and no burn. I'd a thought the small plant would show burn as well?

from what i,ve heard about MG soil your gonna have nothing but problems, especially towards the end when the plant isnt using so much N, i'd replant in something else

Yeah I've heard that too about mg, I'm going to water heavy and infrequent to flush some nutes out. they get so much sun (at least for now, never can tell up here in Oregon!) and have a lot of growing tips so I'm hoping they exhaust most of the n by flowering time
