Its just ebola, quick! rub it on your face and call CDC and make em freak out, lol anyways yeah she just needs a little cal and a little mag.

Ok so I am running into problem again. I balanced the PH of all the nutes and added cal mag and iron in addition to the nutes. But My plants in the flowering phase are still having issues. Three plants in a row have consistently looked great and then randomly over the span of a week turned to shit and died. Pictures are attached of the one that most recently started doing this again. Please let me know if you know what is wrong and how to fix it. Thank for the help!

Not sure, but you can start with putting those ladies in a bigger pot. 1st picture looks like a 3 foot plant in a half gallon (at max) pot. I personally wouldn't use anything smaller than 3 gallons, and that for an indoor auto.

Sorry about your bad luck.

hmmm.. how close is your lighting source.. it could be burn from light.. such as cfl being too close . calmag.. hmmm.. too early to have camag issue ,, def could be ph too

did you use peralite in mix?.. could be when u water , its not getting to roots.. . this could be tricky

It is probably 8 inches from the light source and the light is really powerful. 600 watts. Maybe it is burn? When my first two plants started dying (from the same symptoms) , I had 2 more sitting under a different light that was only 150 watts and they were PERFECT. The one turned into a hermaphrodite do I harvested it . And the other one is the one you are looking at in the picture above.

I have another one flowering right now next to the one in the picture and it is doing fine after I added the cal mag to its nutes. If it grows up and starts to run into the same issues as it gets closer to the light, I guess that will tell me whether or not that is the problem.

I did not use perlite, just coco. I drench the container with nutes though so I am pretty sure the nutes are getting to the roots. I usually only water every 3 days or so because it takes that long to get dry enough to justify watering again ( when I say watering I mean water with nutes). I added cal mag to the nutes for the smaller plant and the one that is dying. It didnt fix the big one though. I also fixed the PH. I realized after testing it that the PH was insanely low in the nutes I use for flowering. I had to use 5 times as much PH up as I do for vegetative nutes, to get it straightened around. The water was murky because of the nutes so I am sure it is not perfect PH, but it is a hell of a lot better than it has been in the past.

Thanks a lot for your help guys. I have spent thousands of dollars and over a year trying to get even one harvest and have had no luck yet. I just keep running into problems. You guys helping me really helps me keep my head up and hopeful that they will work out eventually.

if your keeping it wet

or running hydro and have up`d from a 400 to a 600w

Then them plants seem to have a root issue

Some kind of root rot would be my guess

and the pot staying wet for days and you watering it as soon as it seems like it can take it ?

Maybe try letting them dry out a bit more ?

Check for ph lock outs too

but more then likely I`d say something is going for your roots if it was heat it`d effect the tops cook them and it`s effect all the plants in the hot area

Only ever seen burn or rot fuck a plant in a day or a few days most other things take longer to kill them

Oxygen gets cut off to the roots and the roots get eaten up and made into mushy yellow crap it`s not nice to see happen to something you had plans for....

Sound info ......imo only the root could cause a plant to deteriorate like that but u have to get bigger pots for starters....
