I know its recommended to use half power with veg my plants have been in veg for about a month under two of them on half power will it be alright to switch to full power for a week before I go into flowering?

You're looking good so far, but if you want to bump up the power for the last week of veg, you'll be fine.

You can run full power from seedling, those are just recommended settings if you turn on full power your plant will grow faster, supplement with more red during flower ( you can get some cheap cree bulbs 2700k). You also may want to raise the height slightly when you go full power.
