I encourage everyone to go to this website and sign up to volunteer. You really can make a difference just by getting a FEW signatures or volunteers...we were short 5,000 signatures last year to get this on the ballot...exit polls indicated that 67% would have voted in favor...

Let's get this ball rolling and do our part to change the skewed views of the general public. Education is the best form of prevention...and in this case educating people on medical and recreational cannabis as well as the benefits of hemp will prevent us from failing!!

It's OUR state. Let's make it the BEST state we can.:blsmoke::blsmoke::blsmoke::blsmoke::blsmoke:

I don’t think making marijuana legal is the answer. If you think the state is going to spend the tax money and help out your community your sadly mistaken! Haven’t we learned yet that the fucking government can’t figure out how to balance a budget? If you give them the tax money it will be wasted on broke ass systems like welfare or some bridge to nowhere or some other broke system that doesn’t work!

What I would like to see is de-criminalize it! If you do that people don’t have to fear getting arrested for smoking it, and people can grow and sell it. What that does is people that grow it will get money for their service and in turn spend the majority of the money they make back into the community! Thus creating jobs and helping the community. There is no sense in legalizing it and giving the state your money so they can line their pockets or waist our money on broke programs so they can get payoffs later! Just my 2 cents.

Last year the sensible washington initiative made no mention of taxing marijuana. The bill that wanted tp sell it and tax it in liquor stores Last year originated in olympia. A similar bill has already been killed this year so SW's initiative is or last shot.
