My plants from seed planted in coco hempy buckets caught up in size to my clones in regular coco pots that were at least 2 weeks ahead.

Almost anything comes up in google search these days. Coco hempy is simply coco instead of perlite.

Hempy bucket method is a passive hydro system.

Basically you get a bucket (I like 5 gallon for big plants), and drill a 1 inch dia hole 2 inches from the bottom.
Fill the bottom with a different material (I prefer hydroton, but perlite works), until it just covers the hole.
Fill the rest with coco and that's it. Feed every 2-3 days, and water until it just barely flows out of the bottom hole (most people DTW). The bottom 2 inches acts as a reservoir for the plants to drink from and they grow really fast.

You might ask, "well won't the roots rot?" It doesn't. It just works, I guess cus you're watering every 2 days and essentially changing out / aerating the reservoir. Even if you forget to water the plants will just suck up the water at the bottom.
