Would you support litigation to remove the 25 mile rule from the AMMA?!

I blame the state for not addressing the current litigation against the "25 Mile Rule" in a more understanding way!!

BS! The state needs to make their money too!! There is NO sin tax of any sort in AZ.. If you all don't remember Phil Gordon DENYING the Sin tax on strip clubs simply because it was a violation of the 1st amendment!!! BS!!! I will ALMOST guarantee this "Sin Tax" will transition to Medical Marijuana in AZ..

I could care LESS.. The dispensaries will be paying this tax and and patient using the State's Dispensaries!!! Who knows.. Maybe the dispensary portion of the AMMA could get repealed too!! Wouldn't that be great? I believe the State will see it's fair share of Federal interruption; maybe more than California in the recent days!! Arizona is a news maker state!! That is for sure! The Scum president LOVES using Our great State and citizens as a toy for his political gain!!.

So will us home growers still be gtg???

i heard something along the line of non caregivers would dtill be able to grow there 12 plants ???? was this false??

I just renewed my card. I can grow at least until April 16, 2013...i can only hope changes will be made by that time so I can continue my personal grow.

Conclusion
For the foregoing reasons, the Court should DENY Defendants (Amended) Motion(s) to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Complaint and Motion for Preliminary Injunction regarding the 25-Mile Rule. Alternatively, the Plaintiff requests an Oral Argument to address any potential dismissal.
I also hereby renew my request that a preliminary injunction be granted regarding the statutory provision in question, A.R.S. Sec. 36-2804.02(A)(3)(f) pending the resolution of the within issues.

It's highly unlikely that there is going to be a court date, and I'll go out on a limb and say that Bill has much bigger legal concerns now, and further out on that limb to say that he's perhaps lost his high ground from which to argue this case, if it's true that he got arrested with far more plants than any legally authorized grow limit in AZ.

The fact that I got the last word on the topic is very depressing to me. Individual cultivation is over for AZ isn't it?

I still believe they have opened up a can of worms by allowing everyone to grow. You cant put it back in the can.


Plus, nobody is applying to open disps in the outlying areas

The feds are shutting down large grows and they seem to have a hard on for AZ.
Very few people who have learned to grow will stop and go to the disp for weed grown in a vat of chemicals.

The person who wrote that article doesn't exactly understand how the CHAA system works. Apps have gone in for those CHAAS already. I know because I am part of the group that placed them

I assume they will not have many customers so they will be mostly grow sites to supply the demand in high traffic areas?

Are investors concerned about the feds busting grow sites in other states?

Who says the dispensary grow sites have to be in the same chaa as the dispensary? From what I hear many grows are already being setup in rural areas. People want to be a dispensary no matter whether there will be patients or not. Kind of like a gold rush. Everyone is trying to get their hands on something that might be worth it. The funny part is how do they think that sick patients are gonna be able to fund this whole industry? The last I checked insurance does not cover mmj. A lot of interesting things should happen I'm the next year. It should be very interesting especially once the feds start coming in.
