Would you invest in a completely legal grow?

As of March 1st, 2014 it is legal for licensed businesses to commercially grow and sell marijuana in Canada.
These licensed businesses may import/export and sell to other licensed growers as well as licensed Canadian medicinal patients.
The sales may be done in person or by mail.

We are seeking investors to help procure the 10-20,000 sq ft warehouse space, security systems, chromatographic equipment, etc.
Investors would receive shares in this privately owned company, commensurate to their investment.

Our services will include but not be limited to, importing/exporting dried strains and seeds.
THC/CBD/CBN testing services for other businesses.
Developing strains for various ailments.
And eventually various extracts, edibles and beverages (once the laws in those areas are ironed out)

What is your business model, business name?

I would invest in my own business, but not one I know nothing about.
Are there financials available? Have any contracts been signed with the government to become a dg and any
sales contracts?

What is the ROE? Do investors get voting power on the board of directors?
Any dividends to be paid to investors and at what rate?

yah as of march 2014 business with licenses can profit from this, but also in the same law, it takes away from the consumers and makes it illegal for them to grow their own medicine in their own home which is ridiculous. do you think the people that need marijuana for medicinal purposes can pay for the amounts that they need as patients? no, because everyone that has a medicinal card uses different amounts, and the fact is that this law isn't going to benefit anyone but the fact is there is going to be more illegal grows in this country and less people buying from these so called profit dispensaries.

this is harpers backlash to trudeau stating he wants to legalize marijuana only to grab votes from naive canadians, both liberal and conservative parties throw out these ridiculous vote grabbing tactics and its all lies, its a battle of politics, nothing going to benefit the people of canada and its medincal patients
