Would this work?

I don't smoke very often, but I'm gone right now, and thought of this...

Bout to start flowering on my first grow, and I am starting to get a little confident. Going to do a few more bagseed grows with my new equipment after this run. So here's the plan that i want to try later on this year.

Buy 5 fem white widow seeds and 10 Regular Critical Mass and 5 fem blueberry autos

Plant 2 WW and 4 Critical Mass and hope for atleast one male. Produce 25-100 seeds. From those seeds I will then do a 6 plant grow, targeting the frostiest female with the highest yield, and breeding that with my favorite male. I'll do this for a few generations untill most of the 6 plants are consistent with what i want. Now i will have 25-100 seeds of a F3-F4 Critical Mass x White Widow. I will then cross some of them with the blueberry autos. Now i use the seeds from those to identify the ones with the most trichs that are also autos. I will then breed those untill all the seeds are autos.

Now i will have 2 different strains.

The Critical x White Widow with the high yielding and high potency phenos.

AND

The Critical x White Widow x Blueberry that have high yielding and high potency aswell as auto. This way....indoors October-April I can grow out the Non-Autos and in the grow season May-September I can get 2-3 harvest of a bunch (15-40) of my autos.

Not sure if this would work or not. Please let me know.

Why so long? With 8 plants it will work according to Theoretical Probablity. 1 in 4 chance of getting both the desired phenos from the parents and 50% female/male. Although i do aknowledge experimental probability will have different results

Yes, but you are also adding in the ruderalis (autoflower) variable which complicates matters. I don't know about 20 years, but it would take several generations at least to stabilize, and you might never get the "perfect plant" you are looking for...or you might. Give it a try and let's see how it goes!

Will do. I didn't know autos were ruderalis. Feel kinda of stupid now as it makes sense. Making a chart at which i hope to happen.

Trying to pick out the seeds on attitude. Only problem is there is no regs, which I need for breeding. I was going to use Nirvana WW but switched to Dinafem WW, which works because i am getting Dinafem Critical +. Is that the same as Critical Mass?

Switching to 10 Reg Lowlife WW Autos, but they are currently out. That's fine I wasn't planning on purchasing for 2 months anyways.

So the goal is to plant 2 of the 5 Fem. Dinafem Critical +(Mass?) and 4 of the 10 Lowlife WW Auto Regs and Try to get atleast 1 male WW and 1 female The 3 remaining Male/Female WW and the smaller female Critical + will be put outside. I will be left with my 1 male and 1 female. Will then get the seeds and then the fun begin.

your a long ways off bbubble, but your on the right track producing seeds may seem easy but i bet your first go at it you will get infertile seeds. and your gonna need a much larger plant count to get some good breeding going. i like your thinking keep at it but get growing down to a perfection and come back to breeding down the line. im not saying stop learning about it, just dont focus on that aspect of your grow.

go to walk b4 you run.

Thanks for the advice, but what do you mean infertile seeds? Why would they be infertile, I'll just be sure not to harvest early.

theres tons ofreasons seeds could be infertilemost often it isnt harvsting early. its using the early pollen from a male(first release) bad methods (you got to fill a qtip and really wipe it on there) accidents well everything ive done them all im sure you will too, and im sure youll be breeding some bomb ass shit b4 you know it.

Awesome info. I always wondered how I would ever grow without this site.
