sure I can take a pic. What would you like a pic of? The Jedi's are only 6-10 inches tall. They look amazing and I can show you others that are much older and less impressive, but how can i really prove that to you? Just asking what point is of showing you what I say are nearly 3 week old jedi's?

Also, Please bare with me as Im newer to this site. I dont even know how to "post a pic here". So any help would be great. :P

I actually came accross this site researching strains for myself a while back. Never created an account, just read other's discussions.

The crazy thing I noticed about the BCSEED threads was, there seems to be a few handful of people that LEEP to bash them, but they all had 0 experience with them..........so like I said, me and a good friend decided to go in together on 10 since they were on sale for 1/3 of normal price.

The only thing these people "had on them" was their address is the same as several others sites (the address they "show on site" isnt even one of the dozens they have used, I have found out it changes regulary for precautionary reasons). Also they have a diclaimer that says its all fictisious, which can be a loop whole for allowing them to greatly blow out of proportion the content and yields, or is again a way to cover their ass legally. I honeslty believe ITS BOTH. I believe they have amazing genetics but are overpriced for the highest demand ones, and still think the content %'s are overstated...but we will see...

Again, all I know is from what I have seen the first 3 weeks or so, I am impressed. The end result which is months away, is what truely matters though.

Peace to all.

Welcome to RUI :roll:. I haven't been here long but in the last two days, I've been accused of being dutch, a hydro store owner and a seedbank employee, lol. People on this site are a combination of young and paranoid which leads to the close-minded-bashing and accusatory statements. I admire your curiosity about these beans and hope to see some pics of the product down the road. Good luck!

Sounds like a big sham to me. Hopefully somewhere someone will have a journal about growing some... and not someone that just magically created an account. lol
Friend grew some Purple Elephant of theirs. They are a "cheap" $500 for like 5 seeds !! His were clones from a supposedly good mother of this stuff. Supposed to be close to 40% THC and yields are supposed to be around 1500 grams per SQ meter. That is like 4+ pounds in a 4X4 tray........ That alone set off my BS meter. Anyway on to his grow. The plants were a very high quality purple looking strain. Solid buds etc. Only problem was they yielded about 150 Grams per SQ meter. Yes that is right 150 GPSM. Grown under great conditions by someone who usually gets close to 900 grams per light too. I have never seen anything yield so low. So yeah its BS like no other. If it seems to good to be true it probably is like anything else.

Want an impressive plant get Fruity Chronic, Cheese, Blue Dream, Agent Orange, Critical Mass etc.

I understand your point, you could be posting a pic of anything. But I would still like to see your jedi. I would really like to see a grow journal but a pic or two would suffice.

Like you and your friend, me and my buddy are thinking of doing the same thing. So I'm not here to bash, just looking for some positive feedback.

Great, I only took the time to respond here, because I could tell, you are like me, and curious. I too found it halarious at how fast and how many just responded so negatively and paranoid like. I mean if they had good reason and experience with the company, fine, share your expereince, but 9 of the 10 people had 0 experience with the seedbank! Anyways, I will deffinently post a few pics here, if you can help direct me on how to do it! :P

Do I have to have them "hosted" by another site and all that? Sighs........ :)

And Dlively11.....Thanks for a honest upright response. I expect somewhat similar findings. My Jedi look unbelievable for having no nutes yet and being less than 3 weeks old. I have never had a plant shoot out "sidebranches" (u know where the extra branches start growing out of the nodes, or where the fan leaf stem comes off the main stem) at less than 3 weeks old and less than 10 inches tall. They have tons of purple in the stems and branches, and one even apears to glisten in the light, like it has beginings of crystals already. I know I sound crazy, I had to show my friend and my wife noticed it first. I dont know what the fk these are, but they seem like some true "original genetics" not some watered down crossed 100 times bullchit. On the other hand, I completely expect yeild and THC content to be WAYYYYY less than they state.

P.S. In all fairness and honesty, I havent ever spent much on beans before and havent given many other seedbanks a chance yet.

I don't know how to post the full page pics some people put up, but once your pics are on your hard drive. Hit the "go advanced" button, then scroll down to attach files, hit the "manage attachments" button. That will open a window that will let you select your pictures ("browse") then hit "upload".

Myself, I've never spent more than a 100 bucks on seeds. All the seed banks I've used I go and purchase in person. Not a big fan of ordering anything online. I like to see what I'm buying. Before I found the BC seeds site, the most expensive I found was Sensi, with some of their strains going for 300-400 euros. I know they've been around a long time and have top notch genetics, so I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them. They just don't have the newer exotic strains I would like to grow.

Ok, that wasnt so hard to figure out. thanks for the help! :)

Here is 4 pics, 1 of each of my 4 Jedi. All 4 were germ'd at same time, and all are just over 2 weeks old in these pics! (from 4 days ago)

Going to take 4 new pics right now. They are almost 3 weeks old now and havent changed dramatically other than side shoots are really going.

Also note that I started all of these in 5 gal buckets from the go. This actually causes them to put more effort into root growth (underground), than it does plant growth (above ground). Still taking off very nicely. didnt notice several days they didnt do much about a week ago, im positive they were just laying down big beatiful tap roots. :)

nothing but water 4 times in 19 days. First feeding will be with next watering. I like to wait until I see first signs of yellowing/defficiency to feed.

every time i see threads like this it makes me wish i lived un CAN so i could make a website, and sell my bagseeds for 1000$ for 10 of em, and say they were developed in secret by med companies or a team of highly educated scientists, or whatever blah blah blah, in the hopes that some sucker would buy them....

wait, BC seeds stole my idea...

Is that sand in your buckets?....Also noticed your using 2300k CFL's, or it appears that way in the picture. You should switch to 6500k, better for veg. Use 2300k for flower.

lol, forgot to beat you to the question about sand. Yes we had a small problem with what I feared was the type of knats that can lay eggs that hatch and eat at the roots of the plants a while back. So we use a light 1/4 inch layer of sand to cover the tops. Keeps any bugs from being able to breed easily in the top of the soil. :)

And thanks for the info on CPF's. I have 2 small HPS, a high power LED, and several small CPF's. I know the least about the CPF's and honestly/ignorantly believed that it really didnt make much difference.

Also, there we go, had our daily nay sayer come in to make himself feel better. :)

I wouldnt ever spend more than a few hundred on a hand ful of beans. Me and buddy split 1- pack of Jedi for $290. Still on sale for that now. Has been for weeks now. So that was $145 for 5 beans each plus we were supposed to get freebies (cheaper of coarse), but who cares.

So when we got 3 packs of 10 (all jedi), we flipped. I got 15 jedi for $145. Yeah, I got sooooo ripped off, even if they are just 25% thc content beans.

$145 for 15 seeds isn't bad at all...I wouldn't call that a rip off.

Never heard of using sand like that, not sure if its a good idea or not. Have you ever removed the sand to see if the bugs are still there? Had the same problem once before with some cheap soil I bought at wal mart. The little fuckers laughed at the pesticide I blasted em with so I went and got a different brand of cheap stuff and transplanted right away.

Definitely change out those 2300k CFL's. I use 4, 42 watters all 6500k (sometimes called daylight on the box) And keep them real close to the plants. I have them mounted in a batwing style reflector...I'll show you a pic

ok so here is my experience and pics in a nut shell.

I found BCseeds.com last august. When i decided to try an indoor grow. A friend and I started looking about for seeds and decided to go with bcseeds.com because they were a canadian based seedbank and accepted cash payments that had no paper trail. For what ever reason this was a plus for my buddy. We split an order for Blue tooth @ 45$ a piece. Including shipping. a mere 4 weeks later we recieved our package. It contained 10 Blue tooth and 12 Galaxy god bud. They sent us a freebie that was twice the price of the original order. We were really excited.

My buddy got his germinating right away. I didnt get started till 2 months ago. We did not get 100% germ rate, but we still think it was a good deal.

Now we've got some harvested and done some initial pre-cure toking. And it is not the best we have ever had. And i've smoked some quality strains before. NYCD, Juicy Fruit, Cheese x White Rhino , Big bud X mango, purple kush, cali orange kush, and white widdow to name a few.

I doubt the bcseeds genetics will live long in my closet, and im not sure i will try their worldsstrongest, but they did delivery a quality product at reasonable value in my opinion. obviously it's bst to catch their sales and buy when the prices are half off, which they do almost 3 times a year.
or atleast 3 times since last august... damn mailing lists..

So there it is take it or leave it.

don't know, we have not weighed the dried product yet. i'm guessing we got 1/2 lb under 400 watt hps with 9 plants. in all organic soil and cow manure 2 gal pots.

Yeah the sand is actually GREAT for people that have ever had the knat problem. I actually just helped a guy on a diff topic that asked how to get rid of knats, and several other people said the same thing about sand, while I was typing my response! :P The bugs arent still there. The knat larva only live in that stage for 2-3 days at most b4 they become an actual knat. The sand is to stop the bredding process in the soil. You use fly strips placed sideways few inches over the soil to catch the adults that hatch, and bleech all drains in the house as they can breed there also, and should be good.

Thanks for help on better CPF's, yours are way nicer looking in terms of short bushyness. I know mine are streching some but waiting on new lights to arrive. Not anything I can do at moment, except get those better CPF's for mean time. Im a 100% organic guy for medicinal grade so I wouldnt go MG, but yours look much better IMO, so congrats. :)

My buddy started his seeds 1 week or so before me, and has bigger lights, and has actually already taken his first clones off 1 or 2 of them in last few days, but Im not gonna post pics of his setup on here obvs. His are even more impressive as he mixes in organic fert from the get go and has more than enough light, where i dont. So he seems 2 weeks or more ahead of me even though only little over 1 week.
