World Wide Seeds Order

So after getting a nearly dead pack of seeds from Attitude and their refusal to replace them, we've decided to try out WWS. We considered how expensive this strain is and thought it would help to cut our losses if we just bought half a pack. Submitted our order half an hour ago. I'll update this thread in a week or two and I hope WWS's seed stock beats Attitude's.

What seed bank were the seeds from. You can hardly blame the middle man for the product. If you choose seeds from an unreliable breeder then that isn't the 'Tudes fault. All they did is get those bunk seeds from them to you.

I'm surprised they didn't replace them. I've heard of them replacing seeds when you place future orders.

Mother's Finest is bred by Sensi Seeds, a well-respected seed bank. Trust me man, we considered it from every angle and we wouldn't throw blame around without good reason. All of the freebies that came with the seed pack germinated quickly, minus one that arrived crushed, so the problem wasn't caused during shipping. The seeds were 90% dead before Attitude shipped them to us. We've grown out 25 MF seeds in the past, not counting a number of other varieties, and never had any problem like this. I emailed Attitude and asked that if they wouldn't replace my order, would they at least try germinating a seed from their own stock to see if they were any good. They only responded with, "many thanks," and nothing else, not even an apology.

I had no problem getting two packs of fem og #18 replaced from attitude...
I had two packs fail...they were in the breeders packing in a reserva privada card with a tube inside ...it was not tampered with....the issue is with the breeders pumping out dead seeds...Instead of germing both packs I only did one...it failed as well...so i will try the other pack.
I had great results from dna lemon skunk and okay germ rates fro G-13 pe....It's not attitude dude...they are brokers for the breeders...

Attitude is moving a tremendous amount of DNA Genetics and Reserva Privada seeds which I think would keep their stock fresh. It's not like seeds go bad with age so long as they are cared for properly, and I just don't see these guys mistreating their seeds as a business plan when keeping their stock healthy is easy and inexpensive.

Still though, I had a lot of trouble with the DNA Genetics Skunk Train promo with only 3 of 15 seeds hatching. I chalked it up to my germination methods but it could have been something else. My recent grow of Green House Seeds Lemon Skunk went great with 12/12 germination in pure coco peat.

I just don't understand why they would crush every seed in a bag and then ship it to you, it makes no sense. Maybe that's why Greenhouse Seeds uses those special packages but it just seems more likely that something had to happen during shipping. I mean, it's not like the 'Tude is keeping their seeds under a pile of bricks or something, and their reputation in the past indicates to me there must be some kind of quality control going on. Things can slip through the cracks for sure though.

I just hope all this neg energy towards the 'Tude is righteous, but then again I plan on using them in the future so it works better for me if this is all just some misunderstanding.

I'm assuming that what happened is we ordered an uncommon strain that they don't sell often. Since they don't sell many, they haven't gotten new ones in a long time, maybe even years. If someone were to order a newer and/or more popular strain from Attitude, I'd expect the seeds to arrive viable. So, I wouldn't condemn their entire stock, but for our purposes they are no good.

Step 1 complete. 8 days 13 hrs for delivery. Fastest shipping we've had yet. Once they are vegging we'll verify the strain and see which Phenos we got. They all look very good and none are broken.

Four and five days germination period respectively for the first 2 seeds from the time they started soaking to when the root first appeared. The first is healthy and in starter soil, the second just started poking out and will likely be planted tomorrow. WorldWideSeeds shipped faster than any other business I've ever used and their seed stock has been tested to be, at least in some ways, superior to Attitude's. I had no real experience with their customer service but I'm rather glad I didn't need to. If anyone has any concerns about their single seeds, they just beat other business's sealed packs.

Now that the little ones are going, this topic will be moved to the Journal section. I'll start the new thread sometime in the next few days and then post a link from here.

you still cant blame attitude, a shipping company, for genetics grown by outside breeder X. its just nonsensical.
but good luck with your order

Sure I can. If Attitude lets their seeds sit around or expose them to poor conditions until they are no longer viable, it's not Sensi's fault. After buying 4 packs of MF and more of other strains, only Attitude's stock was shipped dead the first time we tried them. If you're suggesting that Sensi Seeds gave bad seeds just to Attitude and good ones to 3 other retailers, I'd have to say that sounds pretty unlikely. Even if they did, Attitude has had and still has the chance to redeem themselves by sending the replacements their policy says they'll send. Now that they have been made aware of the bad seeds, they could even test one of them to see if they're any good. If they can see for themselves that the seeds are no good, which they can, then they should replace them imho. It wouldn't hurt them to send an apology for selling dead seeds either.

the only thing i could think of is did u mention growing/germination? then they kinda ignore u cuz they wanna cover themselves, i learned that the hard way a couple of years back.

Well it's either lie and say I didn't even get em or be honest and say I got em and 9/10 didn't germinate. What's a guy to do. It doesn't matter at this point anyway. We got what we were looking for and have moved on. We won't be mentioning that other company anymore. WorldWideSeeds has earned our future business.

You cant blame attitude here, sorry. All they did was what they say they do, and thats get genetics from breeders to you.

you fucked up by asking them germination questions thats why they gave you the cold shoulder.

you should of done it the right way. first you could of started off by reading the disclaimer on their website it clearly says if your an idiot and talk to us about illegal things such as germinating the souvenirs you will get the shaft. guess what buddy you got the shaft cause you didnt read the disclaimer, they have to cover their own ass. They cant talk to you about germinating the seeds.

You should be upset with Sensi seeds, not the attitude. Mothers finest isnt as unpopular of a strain as you think. it did win a cup, i have a pack of MF here myself.

Here's a tray with several seeds from Attitude and a few seeds from my own personal stock. The medium is Canna Coco, prepared with a little Oyster shell and Myco Maximum. Saturated with a mixture of Rhizotonic and Mayan Microzym.

Serious Seeds Chronic
DNA Genetics Sour Cream
Reserva Privada Sour Kush
Paradise Seeds Sensi Star
Paradise Seeds Wappa
Magus Genetics Warlock
Magus Genetics Motivation
Nirvana Ice
K.C. Brains Mind Bender

So that's 7 breeders, plus myself. 20 seeds planted. In 4 days (<100 hours) 18 of 20 of these seeds are above ground and setting up their first leaves. 10 of 11 received from Attitude are alive and well. The only 'Tude seed not to make it above ground yet is on of the K.C. Brains Mind Bender and it probably will be by tomorrow.

I just don't want people thinking your experience, Mother's Finest, is the common experience with Attitude. I wanted to show that for a fact the beans that come from them are 99 times out of 100 very well cared for no matter the breeder. I have to agree with Johnboh about how the approach to their Customer Service regarding this matter needs to be handled delicately to communicate to them that the seeds are not viable.

Still though. I'm glad you found someone you can rely on.

Will you post pictures of your seeds when they are started?

I didn't tell them any growing was being done. I actually only said specificly that NO growing was occurring, lol. Please post a link or a quote to where their policy says there's something wrong with pointing out that no growing or lawbreaking happened. If I shouldn't have told them their seeds arrived dead, what should I have done to get what I paid them for? Since I paid Attitude and not Sensi for their live seeds, they are at fault for sending dead ones, not Sensi Seeds. I know you think that the people who didn't sell me the seeds or make any claims to me about them are somehow responsible for what other business do with them, but that's just obviously wrong. You say I should have done it the right way and then go straight to talking about the disclaimer. What is this right way to go about getting Attitude to send what you pay them for? Sensi Seeds produces great quality products that are only dead when bought from Attitude.

Anyone who wants to argue for Attitude is welcome to bump this thread to the top where more people will read about how Attitude sends dead seeds and how WorldWideSeeds has done a great job.
