Workout slump: Cure please...

Back in in the saddle (sort of) after about 5 months of slump. I think my body just got tired of too much running and also running in the cold. Every time I'd run in the winter months, my body would hurt for awhile after. I think it's cause I was tensing my shoulders etc. to brace from the cold. Was dressed properly but just couldn't do it.

I'm also running less and cross training more. Havne't tried throwing a net as @overgrowem suggested.

How are you guys doing w/ exercise?

Man its finna be summer.
I been working out the past 3 months like crazy.
Now that im smoking weed again im slowing down alot. But i got some fine females motivating me.
I dont do cardio though unless im on top and i prefer to hit it from behind so its even less work.
But muscle burns more energy at rest.. put on about 40 lbs of muscle since the end of jan. So im happy

Saw some old friends.
One of my boys is out of jail. Yay.. others got hit with 40years and bail at $550,000
I guess that means case closed and im clear.

I actually got pulled over walking down the street by one of the cops in the raid a couple days ago..assholes



Anyway, first thing they all say. Damn youve gotten bigger. I like taking my shirt off now. Dont worry not in the alpha male douchbaggery sense. I feel better too. I mean knowing you look better does that. I think i know what its like to be a chick now. Course now all these girls just wanna fuck and i feel like even more of a man ho

Shit i better quit smoking...
